Shipping and delivery

We offer standard and, when available, expedited shipping options. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery schedules and transit times are outside our control.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, customers should contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We may assist in filing a claim when appropriate, but we are not responsible for carrier errors, delays, or damages occurring after the package has been transferred to the carrier. Items damaged during transit may be eligible for replacement or refund subject to carrier claim approval.


5. Delivery Issues & Non‑Receipt

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer must contact the carrier for further investigation. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


6. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery timeframes for international shipments may vary due to customs processing.


7. Returns Related to Shipping

Returns must comply with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items returned due to refusal of delivery, incorrect address, or failure to pick up the package may be subject to additional shipping or restocking fees.
