Returns and refunds

Customers may request a return within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Upon verification and approval of the return, the customer may elect to receive: (i) a store-issued gift card in the amount of the original purchase price; (ii) a refund to the original method of payment; or (iii) an exchange for an alternative item of equal value, subject to availability. The company reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
